Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JL Bet website and all associated services operated by JL Bet Philippines. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use our services.
JL Bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the services offered by JL Bet, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. JL Bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
JL Bet supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and other approved Philippine payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is 50 Philippine Pesos. All deposits are processed instantly through our secure payment gateway.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes. JL Bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
JL Bet does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
JL Bet may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these general terms.
JL Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems, or engaging in irregular play patterns designed solely to exploit bonus mechanics, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential account closure.
5. Responsible Gambling
JL Bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting customer support.
If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use these tools immediately and to seek professional assistance. Information about support services is available on our Responsible Gambling page.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
JL Bet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. JL Bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall JL Bet's total liability exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. JL Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players may also file complaints with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regarding any unresolved disputes related to gaming operations.
