Responsible Gambling
Our Commitment
JL Bet wants you to have fun and stay safe. Most players gamble safely. But we know some people can lose control. This page shows the tools and help you can use to stay in charge of your gaming.
Player Protection Tools
We give you tools to help manage your play. You can find these in your account settings. You can turn them on anytime without asking support.
Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much money you can add each day, week, or month. If you lower your limit, it works right away. If you raise it, you must wait 72 hours. This stops rash choices.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you play. When time is up, a message will pop up. You can choose to stop or keep playing. We suggest setting a time limit every time you play.
Loss Limits
Set a limit on how much money you can lose. Once you hit the limit, you cannot play anymore until the next time period begins.
Cooling-Off Periods
Take a short break. You can lock your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You cannot log in or play during this time. Your money stays safe until the break is over.
Self-Exclusion
Take a long break. You can lock your account for 6 months, 12 months, or forever. You cannot log in. We will send your money back to you. You cannot undo this choice early.
Recognizing Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can happen to anyone. It might be time to get help if you do any of these things:
- Spend more time or money than you planned.
- Keep playing to win back money you lost.
- Borrow money or skip bills to gamble.
- Feel angry or sad when you are not playing.
- Hide your gambling from your family or friends.
- Ignore your job or school to gamble.
- Lie about how much you play.
- Try to stop but fail again and again.
Support Resources
If you or a friend needs help, these groups can support you:
- PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Program — Talk to PAGCOR to learn about their help programs: pagcor.ph
- Gamblers Anonymous — A group that helps people stop gambling. They meet online and in many cities: gamblersanonymous.org
- National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) — Offers counseling for gambling problems.
Underage Gambling Prevention
You must be 21 to gamble in the Philippines. We do not allow minors on our site. We check your age when you sign up. If we find a minor using our site, we will close the account right away.
We suggest parents use software to block gambling sites. Tools like Net Nanny or Qustodio can help keep kids safe online.
Our Regulatory Obligations
JL Bet is a licensed casino. We follow all PAGCOR rules for safe gaming. We give you tools to stay safe, check your age, and train our staff to help players in trouble.
We are always working to make our site safer and better for everyone.
